Classification of bag filter bags

1. Sort by shape

(1) Round filter bag: the filter bag is cylindrical;

(2) Special-shaped filter bags: filter bags with special shapes, and their specifications are expressed by the characteristic parameters of their structure, including flat filter bags (rectangular and trapezoidal), and their specifications are expressed by perimeter * length (Pmm*Lmm).

2. Classified according to the filter direction of the filter bag

(1) External filter type: the dust-facing surface is on the outside of the filter bag, and the dust-laden airflow flows from the outside of the filter bag to the inside of the filter bag, and dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag;

(2) Inner filter type: the dust facing surface is on the inside of the filter bag, and the dust-laden airflow flows from the inside of the filter bag to the outside of the filter bag, and dust is collected on the inner surface of the filter bag.

3. According to the applicable dust collector classification

(1) Suitable for filter bags for pulse bag filter;

(2) Filter bags for bag filters suitable for back-blowing dust removal;

(3) Filter bags for bag dust collectors suitable for nozzle back-blowing dust removal;

(4) Applicable to filter bags used for rapping and dust removal.
