There are generally three types of liquid filter bag materials: needle felt, that is, non-woven liquid filter bags, melt-blown high-precision filter bags and nylon liquid filter bags specially used for electrophoretic paint degreasing filter bags. The first two kinds of liquid filter bags rely on the fibers in the filter cloth to intercept impurity particles. When the impurity particles reach saturation, the pressure difference of the filter reaches the replacement value. Because the impurities are embedded in the fibers of the liquid filter bag non-woven fabric, the impurities cannot be cleaned. It is clean and needs to be replaced with a new filter bag. As for nylon monofilament filter bags, some users may think that if they are not used in some precision filtration conditions, such as water treatment, they can be cleaned and recycled properly, but from the aspects of refined production management and cleaning costs , We recommend that users use the liquid filter bag as a disposable consumable, and try not to clean it.
1) Due to the nature of its structure, it cannot be cleaned and reused.
2) Cleaning can damage the structure and fail to achieve the filtering effect.
3) Because this material belongs to deep filtration, impurities are intercepted in the deep structure of the filter bag, so even cleaning is useless.
4) When cleaning, because most of the tap water is used, the tap water contains a lot of impurities and bacteria, which makes the filter bag subject to secondary pollution. When used again, these things will go to the next process.
5) The surface of the filter bag is treated with singeing. When it is cleaned, some fibers will come out, and when it is filtered, it will fall into the liquid.
