1. Polyester PE:
(PE) is a thermoplastic resin made by polymerization of ethylene. Generally, low-pressure polyethylene is used as a raw material and spun into synthetic fibers. Polyethylene is odorless, non-toxic, has high temperature resistance, oil resistance, steam permeability resistance and stress cracking resistance, excellent low temperature resistance (minimum use temperature can reach -100~-70°C), chemical stability Good performance, can withstand the erosion of most acids and alkalis. It is insoluble in common solvents at room temperature and has low water absorption. In addition, it has good electrical insulation, impact resistance and cold resistance.
2. Polypropylene PP:
1. (PP) is a non-toxic and odorless milky white highly crystalline polymer. It is one of the lightest varieties of all plastics at present. It is particularly stable to water. The water absorption rate in water for 14 hours is only 0.01%. The molecular weight is about 80,000 to 150,000, good formability and good surface gloss.
2. PP has high crystallinity and regular structure, so it has excellent mechanical properties, and its strength, hardness and elasticity are higher than high density PE. The outstanding feature is the resistance to bending fatigue (7×10^7). The secondary opening and closing is selected for bending without damage. The dry friction coefficient is similar to nylon, but it is not as good as nylon under oil lubrication.
3. PP has good heat resistance, the melting point is 164~170℃, and the products can be sterilized and sterilized at a temperature above 100℃. Without being affected by external forces, it will not deform at 150℃. The embrittlement is -35℃, embrittlement will occur below -35℃, and the heat resistance is not as good as PE.
4. PP has good chemical stability. In addition to being corroded by concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, it is relatively stable to various other chemical reagents and has good anti-corrosion effect. But low molecular weight aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, etc. can soften and swell PP.
5. PP's high-frequency insulation performance is excellent. Because it hardly absorbs water, the insulation performance is not affected by humidity and has a high dielectric coefficient.
3. Nylon (NMO):
1. White nylon mesh made of monofilament or nylon monofilament material. The absolute accuracy range is 20-500 mesh.
2. With acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance.
3. High temperature resistance, maximum continuous operating temperature of 160℃, wear resistance, high strength, long service life, can be cleaned repeatedly, the filtration efficiency is not affected, and the comprehensive use effect is good.
4. The dust collection rate is high, the initial resistance is low, the filtration volume is large, the dustproof performance is strong, and it can be repeatedly cleaned and used.
4. PTFE:
1. PTFE is called "non-stick coating" and "easy to clean materials. This material has the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance, and resistance to various organic solvents, and it is almost insoluble in all solvents.
2. PTFE has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, and its friction coefficient is extremely low. The needle felt made of PTFE fiber is then processed into a filter bag. PTFE is a linear polymer.
High temperature resistance-the working temperature is up to 250℃.
Low temperature resistance-has good mechanical toughness; even if the temperature drops to -196 ℃, it can maintain 5% elongation.
Corrosion resistance-for most chemicals and solvents, it shows inertness, resistance to strong acids and alkalis, water and various organic solvents.
High lubrication-is the lowest friction coefficient of solid materials.
Non-adhesion-is the smallest surface tension in solid materials, does not adhere to any substance.
Electrical insulation-can withstand 1500 volt high voltage electricity.
Its friction coefficient is extremely small, only 1/5 of PE.
