Working principle:

The distillation recovery machine is a special distillation recovery device for hydrocarbon solvents. It mainly uses the difference in the boiling points of the components in the liquid mixture for separation. After the liquid mixture is indirectly heated, the hydrocarbon solvent generates steam. As the steam overflows to the cooling tank, it generates new Hydrocarbon liquid, so as to achieve the separation of its components.
 

Equipment structure and function:

 

(1) Equipment composition

The distillation recovery machine is composed of a solvent circulation system, a water vapor indirect heating system, a cooling water system (provided by the user of the cooling water source), a gas circuit system, an electrical control part, a rack and a whole machine cover, etc.

(2) Equipment function

1. Solvent circulation system:

• Solvent strainer: filter out and remove floating impurities and other foreign substances in the dirty solvent before distillation.
•Liquid level regulator: It is a container to adjust the liquid volume of the distillation tank. Use a floating valve to control the amount of solvent at a certain level.
• Distillation tank: It is a pressure vessel, and the dirty solvent is sent to this vessel for heating. The solid dirt in the solvent is separated from the dirt dissolved in the solvent, and only the solvent becomes a gas and evaporates.
• Condenser: Cooling and liquefying the solvent gas with cooling water.
• Circulation pump: Circulates the solvent in the water separator and generates a negative pressure with the vacuum jet assembled in the pipeline.
• Waste liquid tank: The waste liquid such as the mixture that cannot be distilled in the distillation tank is flowed from the distillation tank to this tank. This is a tank that serves as a cooling function to ensure that it is not overheated when draining.
 

2. Heating system

• Heating medium: indirect heating with water vapor.
• Heater: It is a heater that heats the heat transfer medium. Components include pressure gauges, pressure control switches, pressure relief valves, etc.
• Oil temperature regulator: A temperature controller that keeps the temperature of the heat transfer medium at a certain value. The regulator is connected to the front control panel.
 

3. Cooling water system

• Cooling water temperature sensor: It is a sensor that monitors the cooling water temperature. If the temperature exceeds the set value, an alarm will sound.
• Flow control valve: adjust the flow of cooling water
 

4. Electrical control part

• Integrated electrical parts, using high-quality electrical components, stable and reliable performance, and equipped with a "Siemens" touch screen, making parameter setting and adjustment very convenient.

 5. Rack and overall cover:

• It is composed of chassis, feet, parts and brackets, door panels, etc.
